So I got the G11 last week, but I'm just now taking a serious look at the S90. I read one of the G11 amazon reviews, comparing the two. He basically said that they were the same thing, except the S90 has a wider aperture(2 as opposed to 2.8 on the G11). I see from the technical details that the S90 has a bigger screen and higher ISO(12,800?? I must be missing something). Not to mention the S90 is very good looking. I do notice that the G11 has slightly better zoom, but that's it. The articulating LCD though, has already proven useful to me. I'm not going to exchange, but why did Canon make the S90, what is clearly a more basic-consumer orientated product, as good or better in some respects than the G11?
