Everything comes with this mount including the screws. If you look at the picture, you'll see the 2 vertical bars. That's what mounts to the tv.

Everything came in the package that we needed. We mounted a 55" TV and it worked great.

Comes with universal brackets. Should work fine as-is. You will have parts and pieces left over.

Your TV should have 4 or more screw holes in the back (possibly covered by a cap) this mount includes the brackets and screws to attach to your TV.

Jeremy is correct, almost all of the tv's have the screw mounts in the back that will attach to these mounts. I would not recommend buying this mount however. As others said, just check the spacing between the 4 holes in the back of the TV. The mount accommodates a wide range, here's what they have in the published specs: Up To 28" Horizontal by 19" Vertical or VESA 100x100, 200x200, 300x300, 400x400 and 400x600

No, there are four screw holes on the back of your tv. You need to check the spacing of the screws, but this unit accommodates a wide range of spacing. You probably have. 400x400 or 600x600.
