I am not sure what the output voltage for the meanwell hlg-185h-c700a driver, but this led Chip need about 9-11 volts to run, you can drive it with a FET and a 12V power supply

not likely as these LED's have a 900ma rating. I am actually running them at 1000ma (1A).
