The Whistle Go and Go Explore is recommended for pets weighing 8 lbs or more, which makes it suitable for dogs both large and small as well as cats. If you purchase it and feel it's too big for your dog you can return it for a full refund (if purchased by Amazon within 30 days or purchased through Whistle within 90 days).

This may be a bit bulky. The whistle color with the built in mount may work.
