This adapter handles multiple devices, up to seven. When you say multiple keyboards, I'm presuming you mean different keyboards for different computers. Either way, to clarify, you need one adapter for each computer, which will then allow the computer to which it is connected handle up to seven devices. This device has worked perfectly for me. I've connected it to Bluetooth speakers, keyboards, headphones, and more.
MANUFACTURER RESPONSE: You can pair up to 7 devices at a time. Do not buy more than one adapter per computer, no more than one Bluetooth host radio can be attached to a computer at the same time or they conflict.
This device has behaved very well for me and I have been able to have more than one device paired and connected at the same time, however when I try to pair more than one of the same device, with the exception of cell phones, for instance more than one pair of headphones only one will work even though it shows that both are connected. I don't know about the keyboards I haven't gotten to that point yet. The device itself has not let me down yet though. I hope that helps

This handles more than one device at the same time so I would guess yes. All though I have not tried that... and probably wouldn't since I use only wired keyboards. I have had my cell, speaker and mouse all connected at the same time.
