all I can say is that I live in Melbourne Australia - I used an international adapter and plugged the mixer into the wall socket at home. Had no problems with using my Mixer

No, it's 120 V only. I believe you can find 220 V mixers, possibly even on Amazon. Or try googling "220 V stand mixers." Good luck, hope you can find what you need.
