I don't have it on my key chain, but it does have a ring to attach it to a key chain, and it is small enough to fit on a key chain. I do not know what picture you are referring to so I cannot respond directly, but I ordered the black version of this knife and keep it on my keychain. I can assure you that it is not a knockoff and has the Victorinox logo as it should be and where it should be.
