I use one nice size zucchini for me for dinner with my homemade meat sauce and its yummy...but be aware of those blades possibily coming out! I bought the Benriner cook help from Amazon for $40 plus dollars and its good...the small blade is too thin for me but the medium blade is good. I feel much safer using this brand because no blades can come loose. I love this concept to replace pasta...you can even make a raw salad using beets onions zucchini and squash with some dressing and its yummy...also you can stir fry it all as well.
