Because I just replaced all of my gears! They have one of the worst warranties I have ever dealt with. If you use it a lot the gears will need to be replaced eventually. However it is very inexpensive and with the help of Youtube very easy to do- NOW that they have replaced the plastic gear box with a metal one.
