Yes. It’s standard printer paper. Just a higher quality sheet.

No it has no gloss and you can use it to draw. My 9 year old loves to draw and doodle with it . Hope this is helpful.

No. It’s not at all suited to watercolors. The paper would quickly become saturated and blending wouldn’t work well. It is thin paper standard for printers.

Haven't a clue as to sugar content. It's never been a criteria for me when printing something!

No, it allows some type to be visible through the page. I use heavier paper weights of 22 - 24 for newsletters & that's pretty opaque..

Based on the picture I see... 279 x 432 are the dimensions for the item pictured, but A3 is 297 x 420, and it appears there are at least 3 distinct sizes available by various sellers, none of which look to be exactly A3.
