The speaker with the volume control also has the amplifier imbedded. You probably have the older speakers with the bass boost switch on the backside. the older speakers are known to blow the amplifier, but that kills the sound to both speakers. When I have had Problems with just the right speaker it was always caused by the audio cable or Y connector between the speakers and the audio source. In other words you may not be inputing two channels into the speaker input. Good Luck see less

Answer:
I have never had a fuse blowout, but the speakers at times switch from stereo to mono. That requires jiggling the speaker wires. Poor design.

Answer:
No. One stereo mini plug feeds two powered speakers. They only come in pairs. Works great with computers, tablets and smart phones.

Answer:
I think they have a pass through provision where the amp is by passed, but I don't think you need to run an aplified singal through them.Give M audio a call to make sure.
One thing for sure is you won't believe the sound these little speakers put out!

There are 2 one Red and one white RSA Jacks ,if there arent I will look it up to see but you can put a seperate CD Player ,though Bose is extremely trendy and might have made it so you can only use Bose you have them ,I'll tell you what if you cant find the place for other Bose Speakers (are they 901 speakers?)or the M… see more There are 2 one Red and one white RSA Jacks ,if there arent I will look it up to see but you can put a seperate CD Player ,though Bose is extremely trendy and might have made it so you can only use Bose you have them ,I'll tell you what if you cant find the place for other Bose Speakers (are they 901 speakers?)or the M Audio Studiophile witch are Computer Speakers or can be used as 1 speaker for Electric Guitar . If you have the M AV40 it would and could sound really good ,Im feeling a bit down but if I see your question Ill read up . Now the Bose Speaker in the Radio Box have an inside for the speakers much like your intestines being put in this way and that way for best Bose Reproduction . THe Studiophile would add clarity but I would call Bose(I google a lot)ask Bose if it can be done and Avid (the Speaker Makers)if it would work because the Bose Radio/CD player have the different speakers. If you try those no answer then I can probably get it done for youo but try my couple of suggestions Thank You see less
