I'm not sure I can answer that because this is the main one I use...for cookies, pancakes, scones, banana bread, biscuits, etc...the list is endless and every recipe is awesome!

I buy the Pancake & Breads bag, and it has tons of recipes on the back. I use this product all the time in other regular recipes like cookies and quick breads and just leave out the salt, baking soda, baking powder since the product already had it in it. Works fine.

I don't think so. It makes great pancakes and waffles (better than Bisquick and Jiffy Mix), and makes pretty good brownies (recipe on their website I believe). But Any bread would be heavy I would think. Definitely not a sourdough type product.

We have had good success with this product. Makes great pancakes but we use it in place of any biscuit mix type of product or even self-rising flour. There is no grittiness or aftertaste.

I am guessing it is not Kosher as it contains cultured buttermilk which is produced from cow's milk and the cow probably has not been blessed or cleansed according to Jewish law. I think I would have to say no, it is not Kosher.
