Our car came with two stickers on its body, one that says "Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, Best Toy Award, Platinum", and the other sticker is for the website plasmacar.com. On that website, it says it's the original Plasmacar, and copyright is PlaSmart Inc., 2013. In our case, we got the real deal.

Depending on how tall she is, yes. She does not need her legs to maneuver this unit. It goes by moving the front wheels with turning the steering wheel with her hands.

Honestly, I did not check the warranty information prior to purchasing. My grandkids had so much fun on these at a friend's home and the price was reasonable it did not matter. I would think there is probably a one year but you may want to confirm that.
