It does not come prepared cut but with a large block or easy to modify foam. Worked out very well for my go pro and gear. I would highly recommend.

Yes. If I were to take the foam out entirely, I could easily fit several boxes of .45-70. I believe it would fit the .270 as well.

Assuming it is anything shorter than a target model you should be fine. I have my P99 with two mags in mine and it fits fine...even had room to put a suppressor and stock barrel in it.
