You DO do things like run aliens over, or jab a knife in their brainpan, but it is just comic violence. Like LEGO games; isn't it morbid to hit someone and have them explode into pieces? ;) Just saying, this game has violence but it is very mild. Many of the Halo games are not deserving of their Mature rating. Hope this helps you some! see less It has mild blood, violence, very little language. It just BARELY scrapes up to mature. It is the full base game...meaning it has the story and all the normal maps...if u want to play online it will only let you use those basic maps. I would recommend the purchase of the dlc content for the best online experience

Answer:
this depends in what context, the campaign is only coop (two players), and multiple online gametype in multiplayer matchmaking can only have specific party sizes. However, any custom gametypes (local) can have a party of 16 players, whether it be on xbox live or LAN connection.

Depends on the kind of fun you want. Bungie did Reach so there is a lot of fun to be had where the characters are actually funny and the playability is great. Halo 4 has immensely better graphics and if you like thick plot and story and a solid multi-player then that's your game (co-op is completed in less than a few days so not worth it for just that). Reach was the pinnacle of Bungie's evolution of the game, a must-have for any Halo fan. I personally don't consider Halo 4 even part of the franchise, more of a spinoff because it's SO different. see less Depends on the kind of fun you want.
