Yes it does. it says so in the description. I love mine, but for still shots, they came out better with a regular camera. This is great for video or under water videos.

Yes. 5mp. They take up quite a bit of memory - but its handy feature. Not as good as still camera - but I use this feature if I want to use it somewhere like the beach or pool since the case is waterproof.

I have a 16MB card and I get over 3 and a half to 4 hours of recording time. It gives you the time left for recording in the upper right of the display so you can easily see how much you have left in case you store a lot of files on the card.
