Not sure about the size of your Kodak, but the Cannon I bought it for has these dimensions: Just shy of 4" long, 2 1/4" high and 3/4" deep. Fits snug with room for an additional couple of spare batteries

These are great cases and well constructed. We bought it to fit the Nikon 4200 camera which is does. Other dimensions I am not sure of. I would recommend this purchase.

I have a different Powershot and do not know the dimensions of yours. Previously I have responded with dimensions of the case. Take measurments of your powershot and see if it fits. My SD 780 IS fits with room to spare.
