It is probably swollen. Mine was and it was very hard it remove.i used a needle nosed plites and gently wiggled it out. Hope this helps.

Reach in and push battery "in and up" it is spring loaded then remove. To replace with the three gold connections facing "in"
push al the way back and it will lock in place. It will only go one way if it doesn't lock in turn battery over 180 Degrees with connectors pointing in and it will lock in place. Replace cover and turn on. see less

If it shows red or possibly only a single green block after you have had it on the charger, then your battery is likely weak or failing. If it indicates that your battery is fully charged by displaying all green blocks, you may then have some other problem. Either way, a new battery is relatively inexpensive and would be well worth a try to fix your problem. see less

I don't know for sure. It fits the 800 and has the same voltage. I would compare the specs and if they're the same, then it ought to work.

The Harmony One 900 came with a 950mAh battery and the Harmony One came with a 930mAh, I have the Harmony One and it worked for me, don't know which remote you have but my 3 are Harmony Ones and works great with these batteries, but if yours is a 900 I don't know the answer to your question as I don't have the 900s
