The E25 feels sturdy but only has 1 track on each side. I traded the E25 in for a E35 (has 2 tracks on each side) and it performs perfectly. I suspect the problem with the E25 is that it has a single track and cant deal with various angles and pressures being pushed on the pedals. I was very frustrated with my E25 but really like the E35. But the E35 was $1299 instead of $999 for the E25. see less It may be because i was not pushing straight down on the pedals but i tried to push straight down and it still hopped off. Answer:
I am 6' 4", 180 lbs and my wife is 5' 1". Both of us find the e25 to be a great machine. In fact, right now we have two of them. The newer one has adjustments for the foot "angle" to raise or lower the heel so you can adjust to pretty much keep your heels planted throughout the stride. In short, we would recommend the e25.

Answer:
We have two of these - an '07 model and a ~2012 model, and on these the stride length is fixed. That said, I am 6'4" and my wife is 5'1" and we both find the stride length to be very good.

Not sure what is beibng asked, but when 1 step is at the minimum level (about 8 inches) the other is at the high point (about 18 inches), this is at start. The inicline will raise these values when in use.

Answer:
Sorry, Christopher, my review was based on a unit we purchased in 2007. We also have one that is probably a 2011 unit, and we have been happy with both. That said, they both have two tracks / two wheels on each side. Hope that helps.
