it is gluten free and, looking at the label, there is no mention of wheat at all. It is largely tapioca and rice flour, partnered with xantham gum.

I believe that the pizza crust mix has different proportions in the mixes, and requires different ingredient amounts. I also think that the dedicated bread mix browns better than the pizza crust mix. Functionally, they are pretty much the same. Can't go wrong with either.
