I do not know the material. I don't think it is cotton/ploy. Seems heavier. I have no problems with winkles although after a few months added side clips to strtch it tight, It wasn't necessary but the clips were on sale. now it's tight light a hospital bed. hope that helps. I love the product.

The cloth is 10 feet wide and 20 feet tall.
If you made the stand narrower, you'd have to do something with the excess cloth, and you couldnt use the bar to hold it on the fabrics holes. So you'd have to clip it on with potato chip bag clamps you can find at the grocery store. see less

I am not 100% positive but from what little research I have done it appears that the stands are identical. The difference in the two packages is that the sp5000 includes a green screen whereas the sp2000 is support only with no green screen included.
