You will need to download ea origin and register game through them, origin will repair game so u can play. It is a known error

You get the code for Origin. The pc download seems to have issues running as a regular download from Amazon. Downloading it through Origin fixes the problem.

Not a clue, because my download (Origin) didn't work. Download & install were successful according to Windows and the installer, but Origin said the install was broken. I waited too long to try to fix this and am out the ten bucks I spent. Hope you have better luck...
