If you are talking about the revised version, then, yeah, THIS model changed. The lower strap for the tripod is now missing, which makes the tripod swing wildly when walking quick or on rough terrain - or requires strapping it in awkwardly so it's sticking way above the bag.

The fit seems slightly different (slightly less comfortable - but NOT uncomfortable). I can't quite put my finger on this one.
Otherwise, the bag seems mostly the same as the previous version. I still prefer the previous version. see less

I would contact Amazon or the seller and let them know. You could always contact Case Logic as well and let them know that the rain hood is missing, I'm sure they will just send it to you.
Also, not sure if you checked, but in the top of the bag, in the compartment where you would put food or a drink, that is where th… see more

Answer:
Fits my K30 which yes is smaller but I don't think by a HUGE amount, will say lens space is pretty much set to 3 lenses, 200mm will fit unattached.

Answer:
I don't know how that lens might be, but from the bottom of the pocket to the top of the divider foam is 6 inches, and to the top of the pocket is 8 inches. There is room for the body and 3 lenses. I hope this helps.

I was confused by the D700 so I googled it and did not find that model. I assume you meant D7000 which is the same camera I have. I can fit my camera with a 55-300 mm lens, 10-24 mm, 50 mm and 18-105

That still leaves room in the other compartments for a full size Kindle Fire all of my charger cords, sunglass case, the manual for my camera, a cell phone and charger. The main compartment is a bit tight for all of those lenses but I won't actually be carrying the 18 - 105 mm now that I have my fixed 50 mm and a 10 - 24 zoom. The 10 - 24 is a very large diameter lens but I can also fit the camera with that lens mounted and then there is plenty of room to add a few other small items like my cleaning kit to the main compartment. see less

Answer:
I am using a Sony NEX7 with the stock 18-55mm and a 55-210mm lens. all fits in the side access compartment leaving the rest for other items. Only warning: I would carry a water bottle separately and the tripod straps to the side are quite small if you use one. Very happy with this compact bag.
