Yes it is. It runs for almost an hour on one charge. You can also run it with the cord plugged in, if you forget to charge it.

Yes, it will still operate while it is plugged in with the charging cord. This has happened to me a couple of times. I was nervous about this myself because you don't need to cut/shave your hair and get halfway done and can't finish.

Yes. If you use the shaving attachment it will bring it to the same length as using a razor. It takes a bit of time but there are no bloody messes. I no longer shave my head bald but continue to use this shaver every other week
