Radio Shack most likely would have a generic adapter you could use. Just make sure to take the wall wart with you so you can make sure you get one with the correct sized plug for the recorder. see less

First thing to do is try another tape. It could be that the tape your trying to play back was recorded on a high speed, and therefore will only playback on the shoebox the speed that the shoebox plays at and for that reason you will hear a rapid speed playback. The tape could also be old and defected. If that fails to resolved your problem, then you will have to return it. I hope this is a help, and sorry I could not help you more. see less

No it does not hook up to your TV it is a voice recorder you could put the microphone near the TV to record voices
Or if your TV has a headphone jack you could hook the headphone jack to the speaker jack and record it that way But that would require a double ended 3.5 millimeter headphone Cord

Yes you can if you have the appropriate jacks and adapter. BUT, just to let you know, this isn't a stereo recorder. Whatever music you record will play as monophonic. Since it's music, sound quality matters so if it's feasible for your situation, it would be better to copy your music onto an mp3 player or a smartphone. It's probably going to cost close to $100 for a stereo boom box to record your music in stereo, so I think its better to get an mp3 $30-$40) player instead if you don't already have a smartphone. see less
