Answer from internet--LR44 battery is an alkaline battery, with the most common equivalent batteries being: AG13, G13, A76, L1154, LR1154, 157 etc. However, these alkaline batteries can be replaced with silver-oxide batteries, with the most common equivalent batteries: SR44, SR44W, SR44SW, 303, 357,

Everything I read on Google indicates 357 & LR44 batteries are interchangeable. But remember, I only know what I read on Google. - with apologies to Will Rogers!

Only the seller could answer this question with factual dates; but I’m reasonably sure you would get at least 2-3 years before they expire.

I purchased a dozen of these batteries 4/14. The expiration date is 4/19. I'm sure that I'll buy more before then.
