Works fine with Windows XP...that is my current application. I could go to a 'fancier' graphics board and probably make better use of this monitor. I watch movies, etc. with it.

It has no HDMI connections. This is a VGA only monitor.

I had to use a usb to vga cable. A splitter wouldn't work even though I had computer set to extend, it only would show duplicate. FYI VGA (blue tip cable) is the only option. no dvi (white tip cable)
