I know this is late to answer the question but if you still want to know there is this (on Amazon) New Star Foodservice 36657 Commercial Grade Silicone Baking Mat Non Stick Pan Liner, 14-Inch by 20-Inch, 2/3 Size, it's not perfect, but close.

Definitely. It's no bigger than a 9x13 casserole dish. I didn't know what I was missing only owning half sheet pans. This quarter sheet pan is so convenient and it's just so darn adorable. Even my husband loves it, it is now his 'go to' pan. I'm going to order more just like it.

Yes, it will work well. The sheet is big enough. Just be careful with overflowing juices! If you have a big sheet already, use it for comfort. Then the end pieces will not burn unevenly. Bon chance!

I have pre-heated the oven and not before putting the sheet in. This is a very sturdy sheet. Of course, pre-heating or not would depend on what you attempting to cook or reheat.
