Hi Louisa, just like most disposable diaper designs in the marketplace, Seventh Generation diapers are not biodegradable, nor can they be composted. I use them during the day since I change him frequently. It didn’t work for the night though.

They run fairly true to size. My kids previously wore pampers. Huggies would leak. Hope this helps.

It will depend on the fit - good nites XL are recommended for 60-125 pounds or clothing sizes 8-14 (from website).

These are definitely not as absorbent as the nighttime pampers. I’d recommend sizing up, but they may still not work overnight for your little one. We used a doubler insert too & that helped.
