Yes. You get 4 of the bags shown, which each hold 5 refills. Each refill has 50 wipes. So 20 refills, and a total of 1000 wipes.

I personally would not think about putting them in a septic system. My plumbing got clogged up and I have city sewers!

I find the dispenser container so much easier in each of my bathrooms and have mostly had the same container for years with only one lid breaking after a hard fall- my fault. It’s not meant to do that but they’ve lasted in my purse that way through the whole pack. If it’s a child doing the peel back that may not work out so well as they would be better with the plastic pop up lid dispenser. I’m a big fan of the kandoos and have been using them for at least 10 years... I picked up a dispenser (for each bathroom) at Kroger in the baby aisle. I peel the sticker off of the front and then they are just white with a purple base and purple top and a teal button. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41m3cQ2R1ZL.jpg
