I havent tried connecting to pc with this tv yet. I use it for my wii u and with hdmi, upon booting up the game system it detects it as 1080p. Hope that helps

I run my wii u in 1080p, so i can only assume it supports 1080p as for refresh rate i believe it is 60hertz
