Yes i bought this product from Amazon and this is a USA model which has 110V,60Hz rating which is appropriate and doesn't require any convertors

no,our mixer working perfectly,did u try a small red button under the motor base just push n try again,still not working may be have some technical errors better send it back n they will replace or refund, make another order definitely next one will work,becoz we recommended it for 3 more persons ,all of them are working....

I have ground soaked rice and lentils in it and it came out good in about 3 30-60secs grinding time. As long as you follow the instructions, I think it should work fine. Hope this helps.

You can get the warranty. You need to buy that separately. So far the mixer is working very good for us.

Unlike the blade on the bigger jar you might have noticed that the smaller jar has a nut screwed on it, meaning it is a fixed blade and hence cannot be removed. Best way is to soak in hot water for a while under soap solution and use a knife for the hard to reach areas

To be honest with you i never washed in Dish washer as i just clean it after use because of sticky items in it. As its a metal jars and good quality plastic caps i believe you can use it though. Of course its a Indian made so no where its mentioned about Dishwash safe/unsafe.

It grinds all seeds very fast - just one pulse. It makes great chutneys. I have also made ginger and garlic pastes to use instead of buying the jars in the store.

Our stopped working in 10 minutes. You are lucky that it worked for 2 months. We tried various options of resetting etc but nothing worked. Then eventually returned it and got the complete money back. Scheduled Pickup from UPS and they came and took the grinder. Yes very much....in fact the smaller cup-jar does the dry spice grinding very meticulously.....Over this unit all best fit for Hindustani cuisine....Much better than other hyped Hindustani brands
