At first they told me they didn't make that model(HL163ABB) and I must've had it wrong. I had to ask them to google the model number.
From what I have found, HL161ABB has more of a viewing angle, can tilt, and uses a little more power. Though I've purchased 2 of them and both of them were broken. I'm about to buy my 3rd one, praying it doesn't have any problems. The HL163ABB uses slightly less power, can't tilt, stands a bit taller, the manufacturer has no idea about it, and the ports are on the back of the monitor so you probably won't be able to mount it(though the screws are there indicating it could be mounted). Even though I got 2 of HL161ABB sent to me that were broken(buttons stop working on both of them), I'm still trying again and buying a 3rd time. Hannspree techsupport will make you pay for shipping and says they usually have it back within 3 weeks. When you e-mail them, they won't respond for days as well so I didn't even bother and just returned the monitor to Amazon... Goodluck, these are the only 16" led monitors with d-sub/vga around so we don't have much of an option. see less
