If you have a device that accepts hdsdi, it will work. I use a Lilliput 663 hd monitor to install my hdsdi cameras and it accepts the hdsdi signal fine. The SDI interface is a BNC connector.

Not really , this camera is like any other high res camera I have found that the only way to get a decent picture at any distance you must upgrade to full 1080p digital but you are going to have to rewire because these new cameras use Ethernet cable.
