Answer:
It has a suction cup mount which attaches to the windshield. It is a pretty solid mount and holds the camera very steady, although every 6-8 weeks or so (especially if parked in the sun) the mount falls off and I have to re-attach it.

Hi Terry,
If you are in the recording mode, you would not be able to enter the menu.
Check the left top corner of the display. If you see the red dot blinks, it means you are in the recording mode.
Steps to switch to menu mode.
1. Click "ok" in the middle. Then, you would turn the recording function off. (There will NOT be any red dot blink on the left top corner of the display)
2. Click "menu" button which is located on the left side of the ok button. Then, you would enter the menu.
You will see 2 tabs - Video / Setup.
-Use the "menu" button to switch between tabs
-Use the "up / down arrow" & " ok " to select menu to enter for settings.
-Click "ok" to select the setting or click the "menu" button to exit the selection.
To switch back to recording mode:
1. Click the "triangle ! warning sign"
2. Click "ok" to start recording (You will see the red dot blinks on the top left corner after the camera start recording.
