The D7000 might be too heavy for the Flow-Mow. I have a Nikon D600, but I am afraid to try it because the weight might break the Flow-Mow. I use the Flow-Mow strictly with my GoPro.

If you hold it you can stall it. It's basically an egg timer without you having to take one apart and fix it to where you can attach your GoPro, camera, or cell phone to it. It is a cool little device in my opinion I really like it!
