Once mounted on the base, the neck will allow the monitor to tilt up or down, but in the down direction, it will only go straight ahead, if you are on a lower chair, you can not tilt it down further. Up appears to go about 30 degrees

Did you mean by Vesa Mount? This monitor is applicable for desk stand only by manufacturer however brackets are available from third party that can enable vesa mount.
