This case does not include any sort of screen protector. It does have about an 1/8" lip of sturdy rubber that effectively recesses the screen. However, if it is going to be loose in a purse with keys, nail clippers and the like, I would recommend a tempered glass screen protector as they are easier to apply than the plastic ones and preserve the look and feel of the iPhone screen. I have a "Bangplus 2.5D Border Round Angle Premium Tempered Glass Screen Protector for iPhone 5 & 5S" on my 5s and hardly notice it since it is still recessed below the lip of the Spigen case. see less This case does not include any sort of screen protector. Answer:
It depends on the head phone jack. I have a couple that work fine (Apple and JVC). But I also have an auxiliary cable (Monster) that I use in my car that doesn't fit properly. The case interferes with the connector housing and prevents the connector from inserting all the way resulting in an intermittent connection.

I am not sure how to respond to that... I ordered the case from Amazon and I love it. It they are saying it isn't truly a Spigen case all I can say is that it says it is, and that it works great. If it is a counterfeit, I am not sure how I could tell. To be honest, since I have had it for a while and it works good,… see more I am not sure how to respond to that... Answer:
I have no problem using all the chargers and I have a tape deck in my truck with a 3.5 mm headphone jack bent at a 90 degree that I though for sure wouldn't fit in the headphone slot based on reviews. But everything fits telling you it's worth the buy!!!

Answer:
Not that I've noticed. There are perforations on the bottom bracket that allow the sound to go through just fine.
