This is every bit as flavorful as the salty version. I actually prefer this version because I can increase the flavor-intensity without making my food too salty. One can always add salt separately.

This is the reduced sodium version, it fact it is more reduced (at 350mg) than the one they advertise as low sodium on the website (which is listed at 500mg). So, even though the container is not marked low sodium, it is definitely the low sodium version!!! Thankfully!!

Vegetables and concentrated vegetable juices carrot celery onion tomato potato garlic hydrolyzed soy protein salt yeast extract maltodextrin so I mean oil spice extractive dehydrated it is certified vegan. I am vegan and I use it. This is the only bullion that I will ever use. I love it!

For 4 cups (1 quart) use 1 1/2 Tablespoons of bouillon. Depends on the size jar you have as to the amount of broth you can make.This size jar should yield about 16 quarts.
