Answer:
I have never had a problem with rocks or twigs mixed in. There is a scooper and the seeds are very fine, so if there were a rock or twig, I think it would be very noticeable and easy to avoid. I would definitely recommend trying these seeds. I add them to my yogurt every morning and they are delicious.

Answer:
You could but I personally do not because there is no need. I just mix in with a glass of liquid (lemon water, tea, juice, etc.) because the seeds are basically flavorless. Then I let the solution sit about 5 minutes or more and drink. The seeds soften and form a gelatinous mixture which I stir right before I drink.

Answer:
The best by date is usually printed on the container, sometimes it might be hard to see because the letters are black and the chias in the background are also black. Give us a call at 866-404-6582 if you have a specific inquiry regarding a best by date of a product you have.

Things like mayo, salad dressing, and anything fatty have a ton of calories. Salty foods and high sugar foods are designed to be addictive. Just try reducing small things instead of some crazy diet.
Buying 95% fat free beef has 1/2 or roughly 800 less calories per pound than 80% and adding some mushrooms and onions or seasoning works for me. Also making sure you eat fiber especially vegetables and berries.
Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries have a ton of health benefits and flavor with very low calories. I mix these chia seeds with water to make a pudding like snack and crush up 1/3 cup of raspberries.. you can always chew them up and spit them in which is a favorite with pretty much any kid for a fun healthy snack.
You can easily reduce weekly calories by 2000 from a few small changes to drop a lb a week even without exercise. Your body will also adjust to no longer crave those addictive things after a few days of not eating them. Adding exercise helps but the usual problem is going too drastic or expecting instant results.
If you are really serious and have no problem ditching the unhealthy foods, you can drop 3lbs a week with diet and walking a mile or 2 every couple days but that may be too fast for skin to shrink so depending on person I personally went with 2lbs a week with a week or 2 where I lost nothing.. but I think its just the body adjusting. You need to eat a minimum of 1200-1600 calories for f/m or else you will actually stunt and slow metabolism because your body thinks you're starving. see less
