You can make sushi with the Yomo Sushi Maker but, only the Maki and the Hosomaki (with the nori on the outside). Make sure to moisten the end of the nori so it sticks to itself.

Absolutely. It generally depends how you make your rice but in any case, if you apply a little bit of mayonaise (very little) before hand, this will solve your issue. Please feel free to let us know how it turns out for you or if you have any other questions.

It kinda depends on how much stuff you jamb into it. The diameter is up to you. It can go from approx. 1" to maybe 3" if you are ambitious.
