Question:

I'd like to use for mainly beer bottles (standing up). Approximately how many would this cooler hold?

Answer:

After I removed one of the 3 glass shelves, the remaining 2 shelves hold 48 bottles of beer each, 6 front to back & 8 side to side. Hope this helps.

Hi. We are looking to buy this more for milk than for beer or soda. Are shelves adjustable enough to fit a gallon of milk?

Yes, there are three additional slots for you to rearrange the shelves as you see fit.

Question:

Can the handle be moved to the other side or is there another model that has the handle on the right and swings open left?

Answer:

Mine can be set up to open from the right or the left.

Are these meant for built in under counter use with front exhaust?

This unit is for freestanding or built-in use.

Question:

When built in, does the cooler require clearance at all? (Despite the front venting designs, other EdgeStar coolers seem to require clearance)

Answer:

Hello,
As per the owners manual for this unit it does indeed require 2-3 inches of clearance to the rear to function properly. This is required for the heat to vent properly. Please let me know if you have any further questions and I'd be more than happy to assist you.
