The tag in my jacket says to machine wash in cold water. It says not to dry clean.

Yes, it is the warmest coat I have ever owned. I have worn it hiking at 11,000' altitude., and I start sweating inside!

Medium should work! I am 5'2, 130lb and I needed a large. The M was too tight at the hips. Love this jacket...I use it to ski in CO!
