Hi. I follow an oil-free diet which is why I bought this set. Muffins pop right out, cakes do not stick and the baking pans turn out wonderful pan-roasted veggies. All without added oil. Hope this helps.
Just buy dawn platinum soak for a few minutes and it will come clean without having to use any brush as I don't recommend doing.I have had issues but it was due to being scratched and then it would start releasing the bone stick material.However,compared to other pans have bought her has been the easiest to clean.So lo…

Just buy dawn platinum soak for a few minutes and it will come clean without having to use any brush as I don't recommend doing.I have had issues but it was due to being scratched and then it would start releasing the bone stick material.However,compared to other pans have bought her has been the easiest to clean.So lose a couple over wear and tear not bad in my opinion.as far thickness seams normal thickness.I use a little pam before using her baking pans.
