Hi Lin, we have two options to buy. One is with sleeves for 3 extra dollars, and the one you posted your questions comes without sleeves :) So, yes, you can just order the one without sleeves. Hope that answered your question.

Not sure what you mean but the whole thing comes stitched strongly. The strap to hang it is a material similar to the one used for the shoe ties.

Yes. Measuring the strap from the center of the holder to the center of the strap when fully extended (so the strap is making a V-shape) is about 21 inches.

There is no need to put credit cards in the sleeve. I personally am using the pouch while on vacation and I put my passports, boarding pass, pen, 2 credit cards and cash in it and I am still able to fit my cell phone.

Hi Francine, The clear window is not made of RFID Blocking material and therefore if you have credit cards or passports that contain a scan-able chip, these would be placed in the zip pouches on each side or the main top pouch, this would offer you full RFID protection against skimming.
