Yes, you can plug them into your phone with the dual end auxiliary cord and they will still cancel the noise. They are incredible. Definitely worth the price.

No, the Cowin E7 is not a great device for hands free calling, if you primary reason for getting the E7 is for use with phone calls return it and research other options. From the reviews I have seen the Anker Soundcore Life Q20 is the best choice at this price point.

To be honest, I have no idea about battery. IF it is replaceable, probably would need to be a professional as I cannot see how to do it without tearing it up.

There is a rechargeable battery in the phones. Just charge it off your computer. these are great noise canceling and i fell asleep all night with them on...
30 hours of listening time.other questions feel free to ask.
oh and they can be wired too

As long as you have Bluetooth, I believe they will work with anything. In any event, they work really well with my Android phone.

These headphones are likely to cancel at least 95% of the noise around you. Not sure about the Hz part of your question but these headphones are quite good for noise cancellation purposes.
