Answer:
I mailed my results in July of 2018, and I still have not received any results here in late December 2018. The web site provides no information other than to say the system is under maintenance and your results will be emailed to you. It says you can't call or email to ask about anything. I am now worried this is a huge scam.

Answer:
Hi there. No, it does not give an estimated date of birth. It breaks down their makeup by four levels, the most detectable breed to the least.

I am glad I did it. Have a funny little adopted dog who looks exactly like Benji, the movie dog. I really have no idea if the results are accurate. Answer:
I think this DNA kit was a complete waist of money. My dog is 75% Labrador. It didn't tell me what the other 25% was. I told them the dog was sold to me as a pure bread. I wouldn't waist my money on this site

July 24, 2019 Worked great for us! We did three of our dogs. All three of these dogs came of the streets of Houston, TX. They were all unhealthily and had heart worms except the big one. We did three of our dogs. All three of these dogs came of the streets of Houston, TX. They were all unhealthily and had heart worms except the big one. The big one lived on the streets untouched by humans for at least 6 months. That said we had no idea what kind of dogs (it really makes no difference as far as we love them goes).

We knew the one was part Pug based on the color wrinkled face ect. but had no idea the other part She is part Feist which perfectly explains behavior and general attitude perfectly.

The 14 year old terrier mix came back cain terrier as the largest amount which was already guessed by vet etc but was still good to get all the other breeds mixed because there is a few.

The Large dog which people always said she was a pit mix. My doubts about that is she is larger than pit pulls and loves water to swim and play in. Her chip (yes she had a chip) American Bulldog. Her results Dogue de Bordeaux which I never heard of and lesser extent Bull Mastiff and Old English Bulldog. Makes perfect sense as she is 75 to 80 lbs small for Dogue de Bordeaux but the other breeds in her and the fact that much of her early life was on the street and lack of nutrition.

I think the test were very accurate and recommend this product.

5 star review - Results took a couple of weeks, but that was expected. The test is easy. We adopted a puppy recently and were curious to what her breed make up is so we could be better educated on any possible health issues or behaviors that are specific to her breeds. We believe the results are accurate. Our guesses were close! She is a border collie/papillon mix. The results stated that one of her parents were purebred, and the other is mixed with cocker spaniel and rat terrier. We have learned that these dog breeds are relatively healthy and friendly. We are very happy with this test and will buy another one for our other dog. I recommend NOT entering "mix breed" when it asks you to fill in what breeds you think your dog is, because some people have complained that their results came back as "mix". Yeah! We know that! So, when you're checking off your guesses, avoid checking off "mix". Hopefully, that would help. see less
