I am sure a 13 inch would fit...15 inch might be a little tight. Guess you have already read that it has no padding (basic daypack) so I would definitely go with a sleeve if you don’t want to wrap it each time...hope this helps.
Yes. I have washed at least twice. I have washed by hand both times although fully immersed, just wanted to err on side of caution. I aired dried it. Still looks perfect!
