Yes. Remove the screw on the botton. There is a threded hole for tripod screws.

I personally did not use this monocular with a phone,but I do have experience with similar setups.You will most likely get black borders untill you use digital zoom from your phone.

I don’t own the Galaxy but after seeing how this works I would assume yes. You expand the part that holds the phone To any size width wise. Plus it adjusts to the length of the phone. Assuming the camera on the phone is on the back like an iPhone. You have to put the iPhone a little crooked for the camera to hit the right point to line lens of monocular to Lens of smart phone. The problem you may have may be more with the camera/picture capability of the smart phone. My iPhone 8 worked great.
