Great question! Our Pull-Ups Training Pants have targeted absorbent areas where boys and girls need them most, but they do usually work fine for both genders.

My just turned 3 year old is in size 7 diapers (that I can only get on amazon) and he’s in the 4t-5T size pull ups. He’s also almost 38 lbs.

Girls can. It's more the "boy color". I don't think there's a specific "urine" patch, because they are training pants and not diapers.
